The key equipment of three-dimensional warehouse – stacker

As the core equipment of the automatic storage system, the stacker has stable and reliable mechanical and electrical performance, and the excellent storage processing capacity fully meets the needs of users.

The piler has three main directions of movement:
Walking: The piler moves back and forth along the roadway driven by the motor;
Lifting: The lifting table moves up and down along the main column under the motor drive;
Forklift: The forklift is driven by the motor to load the goods at the inbound and outbound depot or cargo displacement.

Bottom rail
The overall support base of the stacker, the dynamic load and static load generated during the operation of the stacker are transferred from the chassis to the walking wheel, so the chassis is composed of heavy steel as the main body welded or bolted to maintain good rigidity.

Travelling mechanism
(1) In order to maintain the smooth operation of the stacker, the walking mechanism adopts the AC motor controlled by frequency conversion, and the walking wheel is driven by the reducer to walk along the ground guide rail.
(2) Each walking wheel is provided with a side guide to maintain the stability of the stacker. The walking wheel group is provided with a special support. When the walking wheel or the side guide wheel is accidentally loosened, the support should be able to support the chassis on the ground guide rail.

Lifting mechanism
(1) Variable speed type, the AC motor is controlled by frequency conversion, and the load platform is driven up or down by the reducer. The selected lift motor is equipped with a safety electromagnetic brake to keep the loading platform stable at a certain height.
(2) The lifting mechanism includes a sprocket, a guide wheel and a chain tension adjustment device, or a cable wheel, a guide cable wheel and a cable tension adjustment device.

upright
(1) The stacker is a two-mast type, but its mast design is designed with a High Strength-to-Weight Ratio to reduce its center of gravity to maintain stable operation.
(2) The top of the mast is provided with a lateral introduction, which supports guidance along the upper guide rail when walking and improves its stability.
(3) Maintenance operating ladders are set along the full length of the mast for inspection of the mast-head facilities.

Top rail
The upper beam is on top of the double columns, and together with the lower beam, it forms a solid frame structure with the double columns, and the upper guide wheel can prevent the stacker from leaving the upper track.

Lifting platform
The loading platform is located in the middle of the double columns, and the lifting motor drives the loading platform for lifting movement. The cargo platform is not only equipped with ultra-long, ultra-wide and ultra-high detectors for goods, but also with virtual and real detectors for goods to prevent over-poor or double warehousing.

fork
The fork mechanism is arranged on the loading platform, and the device comprises four sections of the fork and the auxiliary follower and the guide device, and the transmission device includes a gear, rack, sprocket, chain, etc.; Ensure smooth forklift to prevent damage caused by impact.
The fork motor is a 4-pole asynchronous motor with brake brake device (electromagnetic structure), in line with IP54 protection standards, and the motor is controlled by a frequency converter.

Lower track
Also known as the ground rail, the general selection of rail steel, with anchor expansion bolts fixed in the piler movement of the roadway, the piler along the lower track. The cushion block of the lower track is filled with shock-absorbing material to reduce noise and smooth running.

Be well under way
Also called sky rail, it is installed on the lower part of the beam on the shelf to guide the operation of the stacker. An integrated upper track can fully ensure the smooth operation of the stacker.
Rubber buffer stoppers are installed at both ends of the track to prevent the piler from derailing.

Power supply guide
It is located in the lower part of the shelf in the roadway of the piler to supply the power supply of the piler. For the sake of safety, the tube sliding contact line is generally used.

Stacker control panel
Installed on the stacker, built-in PLC, inverter, power supply, electromagnetic switch and other components. The touch screen operation on the top panel replaces the original operation button, key and selection switch. There is a standing position in front of the control panel to facilitate manual debugging of the stacker.
